trying to kill a headache i've has since last night so i am useless right now...

i'm at the chiropractor because it's not light/sound sensitive so it might be a tension headache?

i went to bed early last night and slept a long time which is the worst thing i could do for a tension headache lol

IT'S NOT SOUND SENSITIVE BUT THERE ARE THESE TWO KIDS IN HERE THAT HAVE THE MOST WHINY LOUD OVERLAPPING VOICES

WHY DO PEOPLE BRING THEIR KIDS HERE

one day maybe i won't live with children and therefore resent the presence of children constantly but it is not this day

it doesn't help that literally no one controls their kids

when i was a kid i used to be very quiet and play game boy or something and now these people just let them run around loudly
