i keep seeing "Female Noun" as a title in japanese productions. Female Samurai, Female Knight, Saintess, and I've never cared for it.

Can't we use something else instead of female, like Lady, or Madame, or drop it completely?

"lady knight" sounds way cooler than "female knight" so idk why we aren't leaning more into that
