I got myself some of the marvel blindpacks and reminded myself of something very important

which is that I really don't know shit about marvel

like I recognize four and a half of these guys

the last time I got these I knew who all the minifigs were, but that is because, hilariously, all of them were wolverine. this time the first guy I got was moon knight, and the second one was "mr. knight," and I do not know whether that's two different characters or not

to clarify, I am not complaining

the next two were she-hulk, who of course I know, and echo, who I'm quite sure isn't real. lego made up echo to see if they could fool me.

number five out of six is hawkeye. I sort of know who hawkeye is. more importantly he's played by the guy who was the man in arrival, so now I need to find out if the actress who played the woman in arrival also played anyone who's a minifig. imdb says she was dceu lois lane, which seems promising but I'm not going to worry about it rn.

and finally, kate bishop. I think I've heard that name but I don't know the character. the minifig suggests she's girl hawkeye, which isn't an exciting pitch, but she also includes a dog and a pizza box so I'm forced to conclude girl hawkeye is better than regular hawkeye.

good news it appears dceu lois lane is in fact the only version of lois lane to exist in minifig form

also received today: a minifig display case. I do not think I will be displaying these guys in particular.

funny thing about Mr. Knight... kind of a whole thing about Moon Knight is he has dissociative identity disorder

so in the MCU show, Mr. Knight is what happened when the wrong personality figured out how to summon the magic super suit

(it's a reference to a completely different element of the character in the comics, but I'm not as knowledgeable about that side of things)

also yes, girl Hawkeye is better than regular Hawkeye

(I may just be saying this because Girls and also she's played by Hailee Steinfeld in the show)
