In order to provide a more enhanced reservation service, we have made an important decision. Starting from October 27th, we will be discontinuing the Menu+ reservation system, and as of October 31st, we will be transitioning to the KKTIX reservation system.
To meet the high demand for reservations and prevent scalpers from affecting the interests of our fans, we have thoroughly assessed platform functionalities, adjusted the ordering process, upgraded our system, increased server capacity, and kept the engineering team on standby.
Regrettably, despite these preventative measures and constant communication with our system provider, there is still room for improvement. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused, including multiple notifications to reservation holders, abnormal reservation statuses, and system-related issues.
【Notification of Temporary Reservation Suspension and KKTIX Activation】 Due to the time required for system migration and data processing, OU-EN CAFE will temporarily suspend the reservation function of Menu+ system from 00:00 on October 28th to 23:59 on October 30th (please note that those with existing reservations can still proceed with payment).
The new system will be back in operation on October 31st at 00:00, allowing you to reserve seats from November 20th to December 9th. The reservation rules will remain the same, with subsequent dates will be released daily.
The reservation website will be available for reference on social media from October 30th at 14:00. Detailed instructions for making reservations will be made available on the evening of October 27th.
【Notification for Existing System Reservation Migrations】 For those who have made reservations using the old system before October 27th, your orders will be preserved and transferred by our team. If you haven't paid yet, you can follow the payment instructions on our website within the specified time frame.
After a successful transfer, you will receive a confirmation email with check-in instructions by 14:00 on October 31st. If there are any changes to your reservations due to issues with the old system, we will have a dedicated team member reach out to you.
The implementation of the new system is aimed at providing a smoother user experience, reducing abnormal notifications, and ensuring efficient processing. 自 10 月 27 日起停用 Menu+ 訂位系統,並於 10 月 31 日起,將更換訂位網站為 KKTIX 系統。今日原定開放 12 月 9 日之預約將暫緩至新系統啟用。
因系統轉移需要架設及資料處理之時間,OU-EN CAFE 將於 10 月 28 日 00:00 至 10 月 30 日 23:59 暫停預約功能(已預約訂單仍可進行繳費動作)
並於 10 月 31 日 00:00 以新系統重新開放 11/20-12/09 的座位預約。此後規則相同,每天 00:00 時會開放新一天的座位預約,訂位網站將於 10 月 30 日 14:00 於社群釋出網站供參閱,相關訂位教學將於 10 月 27 日晚間公布。
10 月 27 日以前以舊系統訂位者,訂單將進行保留並由我們進行轉移,尚未繳費者仍可依付費網站上規定時間進行繳費。
轉移成功後將 10 月31日 14:00 前於訂位信箱收收到確認信件與報到流程。若有因為舊訂位系統異常造成訂位異動的情況,我們將會有專人與您聯繫。
