When did we switch from checking candy for razor blades to checking it for drugs anyhow? What period of time ever was there that people were drugging the candy they gave away? What's the point? on the dead end street i lived on, 5 stops were literally the fav of everyone because one woman made popcorn balls, one made candy apples, one guy would stuff unwrapped candies in those plastic kitchen gloves? and two others always baked the best cookies or rice crispy treats!
