i did excercise today, even leg muscles :c why do my feet hurt :c

i mean it could be related to the efact that i did do leg exercise, but i would like to think that maybe id been getting better, it hapdnt hapened for as long

though i guess i cant do ny sort of physical activity wihtout shoes then....
