Hello, residents! The City Newsletter for October 2023 is now available!

This post contains some IC information, in the form of a newsletter, as well as OOC elements in the form of notes on upcoming locations, some preludes to the October event, and a few mod updates.

Unlike the satisfaction survey, there is no IC interactive element, but we encourage players to read thoroughly to make sure you're appraised of everything coming up this month.
