If you don't know about the wonderful world of Gmail labels and filters, there are explanations on LiveJournal and InsaneJournal. Personally, I filter my characters with the email trick but filter games by just "Include ABRAXAS in subject line" or what have you

man this is gonna be great. i've been struggling with gmail not letting me pick new color combos through their default stuff anymore for MONTHS so maybe this will save my ass
you can totally forgo gradients and just use flat colors, too. this opens up a LOT more options! so i hope it helps c: (you could also probably use images but uh i haven't tested that one)
