Gabiluzbad : The Jersey Devil has been suspected to hide bodies for the mob, often in trees. One discovery by the FBI in the 1980s found 33 bodies in the branches of a single tree, some as old as the Prohibition era. The Jersey Devil is also wanted for RICO.

Doctor Ansem : all fey are guilty of tax fraud.

most are just not assessing sales tax or VAT, but Morgan le Fey, Titania and Oberon have a self-proclaimed 'tax haven' under the hills of Ireland and Wales.
