We think the A1C spike was mostly due to stress considering that my A1C has been controlled this WHOLE TIME

I think I just lost a bunch of water weight, I'm down to 286

She's boosting my trulicity to see if it'll help with weight loss, so combined with the gym I should be seeing more results soon.

My current measurements are 50-47-52, down from 52-47-54, so recomposition is happening. I'm just holding weight in my tummy due to what my doc is sure is insulin sensitivity

My thyroid is still okay, but on the high end of good. If the trulicity doesn't help after a few months and if the thryoid stops with the hormone production, she might rec me for surgery
