Back home from London and guys I've done myself a mischief. My legs are fucked. The blisters on my feet are insane. Still only day three of the holidays so a day of rest it is, Phil's just as bad. Getting older sucks BUT I GET MARRIED IN A WEEK!!

Oh dear. It’s always loads of walking when you are in London. My plantar fasciitis is killing me today.
