Got a sudden bought of nausea... I'm hoping it's just sinus drainage into my throat/stomach that my meds just taken will clean up

if it's not better by my meeting with Craig, I may tell him I need to bounce as a half day because I can't focus if I feel sick...

I hate that feeling

ɪᴄᴇ ᴛ'ᴍᴇᴇᴛ yᴀ; : It's definitely the worst feeling, when it just kind of comes out of no where.
It's also looking like shark week starting which doesn't help and I have this residency annual report to finish but I'm also like, can I just curl in to a ball and cry or sleep...?!
