I know I always wake up a little stuffy because there's less air circulation in my room overnight, but man I am leaking a lot this morning.

(I've taken an allergy pill; no results yet.)

Nose, eyes... I go through a lot of tissues for this.

have you tried a nasal spray allergy med?

I'm wary of spraying things up my nose in general; I'm also that way with my ears.

I mostly just expect my sinuses to bleed if I went that route.

So they can if you spray it wrong and use it a lot. But if you lean your head to look at the ground and angle the spray towards the back of your head a bit instead of directly up its fine. I also find the allergy ones don't feel gross, more like a puff of air than a liquid.

There are allergy spray is that are specifically meant for the nose that do not feel thick or increase a risk of a nosblead.
