1. How aware is your character of their thought processes? Do they think about why they do what they do (however accurately)? Do they care about self-analysis? He was always self aware to an extent, in that he was comfortable with what his strengths and weaknesses were and good at letting a team complement them. He thinks it's important to know

Attitude is what he hones in on the most; clothing can give useful context but mostly in understanding where a person is

coming from. (...Moreso at home than somewhere like the Barge.) He's not a detective but overall he's pretty good at reading people (proficient in Insight!) both because it's part of his job and because he just Cares A Lot

5. How good are they at accurately assigning blame? Do they think everything is their fault? That nothing is? Portioning responsibility in a rational way is important, so that you can fix whatever you broke to the best of your ability and move forward. Honestly, Zerxus does a lot better when he HAS someone specific to blame
