Especially in county mental health. I can speak from experience how many of my therapists that I JUST managed to open up with, leave. Not because they can't take it, they just go for private practices (that don't accept medicare/medicaid) instead. So the people on those programs are in dire need.

There are long waiting lists, so you will do a lot of good if you decide to do that.

not saying you couldn't take either option. Just letting you know, jobs won't be scarce

My friend got a double major BA on Pell grants. I didn't have that luxury 'cuz my parents made too much money when I was in school (and I had to put them on because I was under 26)

I've just done the financial aid dance a million times.

I'm not sure I qualify for pell grant, but if there is something else I could get, I'd welcome that!

that might not come back before you start, but it will at least cover your future classes if you qualify. I'm pretty sure you do based on your income.
