I got a title change with the new structure, i was "Senior Manager of Outlet Customer Care" now take out the word OUTLET. Lol my boss was all hey you got a new title.....then I saw it. WOOO. lololol okay dude.

I care about both: money is more important, but title is for your CV. (It doesn’t hurt when dealing with vendor sales representatives who say ridiculous things either)

But she's not getting another exterior job at her age. Especially since it's her dream job. But it would be nice to see her back at Director like she was at some jobs. Just sounds better.
