okay this whole switchover has been rough but this is making me feel a lot fucking better about the whole thing:

finally actual fucking diversity and inclusion on their public facing site

I've been on the LCDI which is supposed to promote diversity in the IT part of the company but any time I brought up anything about queer issues, it basically got shut down

literally their "pride month" festivities were so quiet neither I nor the other queer it folks I know even knew they were doing anything

I am having some weird feelings about being in a for profit again

but man am I glad to be escaping the jesus

i need to remind my team about disability awareness month, which is... almost over....
