[Internet] Well since this issue seems to be going on, I am going to call my ISP and schedule a tech visit. Troubleshooting isn't helping, a new router didn't help. There is nothing more I can do. I was hoping to solve this myself, but it seems to be a bigger problem than just restarting/resetting the router.
