Friday's PowerTwister plus Workout: 2+5+5+5+5+5+6 = 33Reps total (overhand style) using my Msnaile 50KG PT. 5+7+7+7+9+9 = 44Reps total (underhand style) using my Msnaile 50KG PT. One set of 120Reps (half and half style) using my LVL "50"-2KG Power-Twister. I also did Leverage Curls of 43LBS on each arm: 5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5 = 45Reps total of Curls
