Who looks at a urinal, sees nowhere to comfortably sit, no pool of water, and no hole large enough to flush through, and thinks “yes, this is an appropriate place to shit”?

somebody who either has little thoughts or somebody who deliberately wants to make the lives of people who are forced to clean up after them harder for no good reason
