blaaagh my day was pretty much taken up by power outage

left the house around 8 AM, did a long Pokemon walk, stopped by my friend's house to go over taking care of the cat this coming weekend and chatted for a bit

then went to the mall and took my time doing what I needed. Thankfully got everything I was looking for...snacks, gift for a friend, socks and underwear and a haircut

so once I felt like I had everything, I headed back because I was like "okay, the outage will be done by 3PM"

surprise! It was not

it lasted another two and a half hours!!! Only barely came back on in time for me to post AF

but sheesh that rest of the afternoon bit was annoying
