[health update]

So may have some mild degeneration of cartilage on my neck and spine.

anxiety went down 3 pts this week and depression by 1

so maybe the new meds are helping there.

managed to swim laps for about an hour today but made the mistake of not eating enough beforehand

ill have to make a sandwich or something to take w me i think

my legs are jelly

but i think i feel relaxed at least

ry for my lack of tags. its been a rough time focusing while health things have been a thing

blood sugar at 153 after food so it seems to be a bit better as well
