Man those wildfires are messing with the air quality in a major way. I haven’t left my house or even opened windows and I’m coughing up a storm. Poor George has been way worse than me too. I hope it clears up soon.

I'm sorry you are dealing with this. Try not to turn on any fans like bathroom or kitchen fans as that draws the outdoor air inside. If you have any air filters, turn those on. You can also make your furnace clean the air without heating, but it will majorly clog your filters so have spare filters

Amber : yeah, hard to control because my mother isn't taking it seriously. She actually took the dog nephew for a walk outside yesterday and was all proud of herself and saying how she isn't bothered.
