Between Pela, Arlan and Hook

who should i focus on levelling up?

Arlan has the worst scaling/numbers in the game so imo prio him least (he got nerfed to hell right before launch) but Pela and Hook are both v good

I HOPE IT'S NOT A RACE THING but god it feels like it's always the tan chars that get the nerf bat real hard. Xinyan, Dehya, Arlan...

was he really nerfed? When I read guides during the second beta people already said that he's kind of bad

but they said the same about Sampo, but who cares. I'm keeping him in my party lol

yeah Arlan used to be busted. it wasn't even like a nerf bat, it was like him getting hit by a nerf truck

Sampo isn't get in overworld content but he's still incredibly busted in SU so he's good to level just for that

yeah i am trying to find a paper trail that isn't me digging through twitter from March but just as an example, at lvl 10 Arlan's lightning dmg used to be 320% of his atk, but now it's only 240% and his talent used to be 80% more dmg based off his HP but now it's 72%

he also had some major rework to his eidolons

I looked into this and I was not aware he didn't use skill points to attack. Now I get why he would be absolutely broken jvnjfnv

someone compared an e6 Arlan with e0 Jing Yuan and it looks like if you build him right, Arlan can still hit hard

probably not so insane anymore

yeah he's not horrible but in terms of like, if you were going to put high investment in, his ceiling is a lot lower now compared to others
