[job hunt] pet peeve: job listings for editors/proofreaders that expect the job to include writing

if it was my dream job otherwise, maybe I'd go for it

but part of why I'm in editorial is because I prefer to keep my writing brain to my own projects

if I'm applying to edit/proofread, I want to edit/proofread, not write
