Ed's confrontation with Hornigold

At present, Hornigold is pissed that Ed is hiding information from him and though he can beat the shit out of Ed
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
he knows the real trick is to go after Greg
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
but if he goes after Greg, then that's going to stop Ed from going with Jack
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
I mean I have a couple options
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
1) Greg can die
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
2) Greg can be rescued
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
if Greg dies, well it'll definitely cut all ties Ed has with Hornigold and Hornigold will know it
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
so Hornigold is not going to want Greg to die
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
so the question is who kills him and how
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
alternately 2) Greg can be rescued by the Espada Bonito crowd
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
which would definitely be a nicer ending but take up too much time
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
and be aside from the point of what I'm trying to do
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
Option 3) is that Greg is not brought up at all but Hornigold would definitely use him as a threat and as he is a threat, it'll prevent Ed from leaving

so either I have to figure out 4) or figure out how 1) will work
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
If 1) he'll die of two ways
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
either it's something that Ed promotes (but doesn't do) which is too dark
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
or somethinig someone does on accident
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
or purpose
ðŊððĶðŦððŽðī ððĶðŊðð ðĶ~
but again I really prefer him living and safe

hmm well Icould always say he's going to the Espada ahead of Ed with plans to see him there eventually

because he does know that Jillian and Long Bob are there
