but my dude checked everything out when i got an oil change this week and i have succeeded so far! no rust or other salt damage, everything looks pretty good
i also got the absolute most basic trim level, the one they don't even advertise, so i don't have power locks or windows lmao but tbh like, the less stuff that can break the better
i still remember i was listening to a radio show about car advice one time and someone called in like "my driver's side window doesn't work anymore? but everything else is fine?" and the first question is "do you or have you ever smoked in the car?" "yeah" "that's why, the motor is just worn out"

: TOTALLY FAIR yeah the only higher trim level thing i might have cared about was having a usb plug so i could play music on my phone directly to the car, instead of needing an aux cable or anything, while also charging it
I wish I could have afforded the RS trim 'cuz it had a camera all around the car. Or at least front parking sensors since I still don't know how long my nose is lol
