woke up with some nausea and possibly a fever (themometer says otherwise) so I had to cancel my pt appt for today

nauseous enough that I haven't put my teeth in yet because I feel like I'll gag them right out again

Feel bad cancelling day of but I’m glad I did

Had some toast and stomach is even more upset now
