thanks jantra for the link!

thought i'd put it somewhere public bc i have a few artists on my timeline and i know there are a bunch who aren't

ɢᴏᴏᴅ⭐ʙᴜᴄᴋ⭐ʙᴀʙᴇ
there are a few disclaimers on their site so pls read those!

ɢᴏᴏᴅ⭐ʙᴜᴄᴋ⭐ʙᴀʙᴇ
+ you can always check if your artwork has been scraped at Have I Been Trained?

ɢᴏᴏᴅ⭐ʙᴜᴄᴋ⭐ʙᴀʙᴇ
and i guess 'harder to be taken by ai models' is a bit of a misleading description on my part, essentially it adds data to your work that, when the models essentially unpack your work on their currently defined algorithms, adds a lot of junk to the resulting image.

ɢᴏᴏᴅ⭐ʙᴜᴄᴋ⭐ʙᴀʙᴇ
there are ways to opt-out of your images being used in training models but unfortunately people have been making custom models, eg for specific artists

something I was trying to figure out--because it was mostly AI art thieves saying it so trying to take that with a healthy grain of salt... there was commentary that when you upload an image to a service like Twitter, it removes the metadata/flattens the image in such a way that the masking actually isn't effective the same way as if you were hosting the

image yourself??? again i've been trying to understand/reading through the documentation, but did want to mention there was some discussion on this for those who mostly post their work to social media.

Yes, I haven't tried it myself but according to the FAQ it should be sufficient to post them to a place that doesn't do the flattening that twitter does, since it considers that most artists already have a lot of established work that has been scraped

ɢᴏᴏᴅ⭐ʙᴜᴄᴋ⭐ʙᴀʙᴇ
From the FAQ: "We found that as long as there is even a slight shift in the AI model's feature space, the AI model will start to add in "artifacts" when generating art in your style."

There aren't many details surrounding this but yes, my recommendation is to host the glazed images where they won't be further processed (private portfolio or something) in a place where they will be scraped
