I love green goddess dressing so I was stoked about this. The little lentil crunches are good.

i don't eat vegan but lentils are one of my fave things and i've wanted to try the green goddess dressing for a while. this is def going on my to-try list

yeah they're little crispy lentils that go on top. Also "croutons" is a lie they're just like breadcrumbs. But the combo of everything is great.

for a non-vegan option the Panera green goddess salad is excellent.
