sometimes you gotta have a diabolical plan when working with someone that has alzheimer's

i've been struggling to get gammal to change her clothes the past couple days, so i've come up with a plot

i woke her with a cup of coffee that she's now sipping on from the side of her bed

when the coffee inevitably does what coffee does best, i'll ambush her and steal her pants

the top is the harder part, though i've had some luck with claiming she's wearing my jacket and i want it back

i'll try that on her shirt this time

and then.... the bed bath

i've got a shower head replacement due to arrive today, so i'll be able to use that on her hair later

my kingdom for a walk-in tub

i have a chiro appt today and it's going to be 60F out, so i want to take the opportunity to get her out of the house

dad gave the OK to see if she can also see the chiro, in hopes it'll help her walk without being bent over

she straightens up when i remind her, so at least she's not stuck hunched over

success

complaints the whole time, but once she got in a good bra chucking at my head, it was all much easier because she was too busy laughing every time she looked at me

i think i need a clown nose so i can go all patch adams on her some day
