Same and every single day I wake up before I go to bed. I speak of this thoughts as if its a prayer. But I still go through life everyday, making just a little bit of change in my routine hoping it would be better. One day at a time, not saying this will work for you. Just hoping for the best.

Think outside yourself, think of other people and how you can help them. Help yourself by being of help to other people.

there are internet ways to vent to strangers; if you're a student the university should have a counseling center, just mark "I AM IN CRISIS" and wait. they are always surprised and delighted by genuine calls for help and it is free.

I had that when i was in college. I felt i was alone. But i realized that life is still good. I just need better and kind people to surround me. Now 20 yrs later, i now have my own family. Happy that I did not commit that big mistake.

I have not. Find something or someone who can just be there with you. Mababaw lang ako so when i want to be happy and laugh or smile, i watch BTS. They will be my saving grace once i get cut from my company of 19 years. 🥺 hang in there. You matter.

short term, maybe feel ur senses like feel cold ice. wake up & feel sunrise. smell good scents. YT u might like: Dr Dray (skincare), Voices of Music (classical music), Perspective (art docs), Blue Turtle (animation with calm music).

cliche pero exercise helps. start small, meron simple programs like walk at home s youtube. long term, talk to a professional.
