[MH] okay! backslide a little bit, but also progress!

had another despair spiral last night over something deeply incredibly stupid BUT there was progress in that I was a lot better at monitoring my own thoughts to make sure I didn't go anywhere legitimately dangerous, and as soon as I wasn't able to do that anymore Apollo took over IMMEDIATELY and got us to bed
