while I've been stuck on tags here for a few days, RS' tier 3 fog form got approved!

his dark feathers appear to "drip" with some sort of ethereal dark substance

& before his humanoid body was misshapen but still his usual body size, now it's lorjened

I don't have the exact numbers figured out tho
