okay i need to publicly shame (not serious) my brother a little bit because whenever he spends even, like, two hours goofing off, he always ends up apologizing to me for "not doing his job" or whatever despite him inevitably having done a bunch of chores that i've been putting off FOREVER in the time before that

and it's ESPECIALLY egregious on days like today when we're fried from having bad sleep for several days in a row and he's still like "grrr guh i should've done a better job"

he spends a grand total of... Literally One Hour playing darkest dungeon and suddenly he's beating himself up over not reading capital or the driver's manual in that time

i absolutely want to noogie him for this

IT'S THE WEEKEND AND WE CRASHED BECAUSE WE STAYED UP WAY TOO LATE FOR SEVERAL NIGHTS IN A ROW

HE HAS THE RIGHT TO RELAX

WHY IS HE LIKE THIS

like - not only does he have the right to relax, which he absolutely and obviously does, but ALSO

REST AND RELAXATION ARE ALSO IMPORTANT SERVICES HE CAN PROVIDE FOR THE SHARED BODY

Y'ALL DON'T STOP NEEDING REST AND LEISURE JUST BECAUSE HE'S AT THE WHEEL!!
