Remedies for diziness?

Am very dizzy/have vertigo but have paper due. Anyone have any techniques to work on the computer without wanting to puke?

Somewhat dark room, night mode on screen, speech to type if you have it

When I have to work through migraine dizziness I do a lot of speech to text when I can, and a lot of closing my eyes

Uea I was gonna say lie down for a bit and rest your eyes

make sure your blood sugar isnt low and try to drink a soda or some juice to get it up and see if the dizziness subsides

if not, i usually lie down in a dark room for a bit
