the culinary department at my school used to make and sell this every day and every day it would sell out, but also, like, it's one of those iconic If You Know You Know things if you grew up in LA

steve doesn't mention but?? i'm assuming that's a 9x9?? definitely make it in a 9x9 instead of a 9x13. thicker and more crumble per square inch. :
