me: because you are (1) not my regular patient (2) you are 10min late for your 10min apt and (3) CARE PLANS TAKE 20MIN AS I HAVE ALREADY TOLD YOU THREE TIMES

I mean if my care plan nurse does the care plan it takes her a MINIMUM of 30min

I don't have one of those here so I slap a quick one together in 20min but that's with MY OWN PATIENTS who I ALREADY KNOW what the problems are
