9-1-1 I found a paralyzed lizard outside, his poor back legs don’t work! I put him on a leaf and tucked him somewhere safe for the night, but I know he won’t survive long. If I take him inside tomorrow I can make him a little fishbowl home but what can I give him to eat that doesn’t involve me murdering bugs? Can you buy dead ones?

I don't think you can buy dead ones. also I doubt they would eat them if they don't move

due to them being predators they will ignore pre-killed prey unfortunately, its also hazardous to their health as dead bugs harbor parasites ect...

Idk what the temp is down there, but they move very slowly when it’s cold to conserve energy

Show a picture. He might not be an insectivore.

And if he is one, which is most likely in Florida, then he likely won't eat the various bug pastes and such because he's wild. But be might if he hasn't been able to catch anything due to legs. Your current temperature is high enough for him not to be immobilized from cold.
