Straining to bottle the rest of cellos, liqueurs and flavored vodka! Got most of them done, just need to strain the last few strands a few times and then I should be good to bottle them.

Also, made the butter base for my compound butters! Trying to decide if I want to make 3 or 4 or maybe five different types...

Ran out of swing top bottles, so I started using some of the jars I bought for the butters, since that’s not making enough to use all of them.

- horseradish butter for beef
- garlic and herb for potatoes
- maple cinnamon
- cranberry orange

Alcohol bottled/canned 🤷🏼‍♀️:
- limoncello
- arancello
- grapefruit cello
- pomegranate cello
- mango liqueur
- raspberry vodka

Bonus round of Danger Zone: the bits left over from all the pours in one jar. It has Mango Liqueur, Pomegrante, Berry and arancello in it.
