also yes they are level 90 when u fight them and their hp is multipled.

I still don't have any mons strong enough for 5 star raids, let alone 6
zoki.
(except the Eevee raids, those are noticeably easier. so I'm grinding candy from those)

you have to clear all the gym leader rematches and the ace tournament
zoki.
any story team that cleared endgame should be able to handle it, they're all around lv 65 to 70
