man i gotta say having adhd makes it hard to take meds but i have never taken my meds more consistently than when i have had this cheapo smart watch thing

granted, all i take are allergy meds now, but it's helpful with the headaches ok

i turned off all th weight functions and now it's just a pedometer with vibrating alarms on it

but my god, having something vibe on your wrist until you take your meds is very helpful

would recommend

u don't have to go fancy this one was the cheapest one I could find at like $48 last year

I should program my fitbit to do that. I don't always have my phone right next to me
