I have been told to go to the beach and use silicone tape to protect my scars. XD my surgeon, my guy, I don't think it's beach weather anymore.

lol sure, I'll just drive 5 hours to reach a beach. Why was that your suggestion, sir and not a pool??? XD

I should clarify this was at my top surgery follow up and his point was I should take advantage of having had it. It was just such a silly suggestion XD

Also like within moments of getting home from surgery I dragged out pretty much every binder I had and gave it away. Each day of existing without those has been taking advantage of it XD
