I was out and about today on my daily walk and one of the local windmills was turning. It’s not always turning so this was cool to see. Video below the cut.
I also went to the supermarket and today’s selection of “Dutch grocery store edibles” is the cookie section! Pictures below. Please enjoy!

tormentedcorpse : I was seriously tempted by the mac and cheese ones but I have too many snack bags in this house already. LOL Maybe once I finish some of these others I’ll buy the mac and cheese chips.

The cookies I wanted to get were sold out. Total bummer. Their empty space is next to the Bastogne cookies. They’re actually the store brand version of Bastognes so they’re cheaper. Taste pretty much the same. These are the kind I usually have with my coffee.

Yak told me a few times that if I ever serve a house guest coffee without a Bastogne type cookie with it, that he’d kick me out. LOL

Heck of a selection! And love the windmill. Ours are all wind turbines; more like 'Day of the Triffid' than old country comfort lol

love the Lu Pims, haven't had them in long time, but they are so good. I would try all the cookies. And chips.
