You and three teammates start out by being woken up in your stasis pods

It’s very deep and very dark

You figure out your gear

Then the crane drops you down hundreds of meters before dropping you off and giving you an objective

The one I did last night was “Retrieve core DNA sample HSH_424”

So step one is to find a computer and query where HSH_424 is

The computer says “Zone 50h”

So you find a sign that says you’re in Zone 47a
Gabiluzbad
And a door labeled “Zone 48a, access to zones 49-51”

But you can’t open that door until you find keycard KEY_BLUE_845
Gabiluzbad
So you gotta go hunt down the keycard in the same way you hunted down the objective

And Bring it to the door to continue

The computer is neat btw because it’s actually like

You actually type out “QUERY HSH_424”

While you’re dealing with all this busywork, you’re also navigating around sleepers

which usually look sorta like this

Sleepers normally don’t move because they’re, well, sleeping
Gabiluzbad
If you hit them in the head with a charged melee strike you can take them out silently
Gabiluzbad
But if you move while they’re glowing, or shine lights on them they wake up and wake up all their buddies

Then it’s just a straight up fight which you can usually win without too much trouble, but resources like ammo and medkits are limited

Best to take them out slowly and quietly

Anyway after dealing with the Sleepers however you find KEY_BLUE_845 and take it to the appropriate door

But oh shit the door is alarmed

If you unlock it an alarm will sound and swarms of sleepers will attack until you manage to disengage the alarm

So you’re playing like a mini game where you have to stand in specific spots to get scanned while also shooting down dozens of enemies

Aside from a variety of guns and melee weapons you have a tool
Gabiluzbad
Your tool can be shit like a sentry turret, a mine layer, a foam gun
Gabiluzbad
Biosensor
Gabiluzbad
Etc
Gabiluzbad
Biosensor is vital because it can show where sleepers are in the dark or through walls

So the biosensor guy can be like “there’s a group of three right behind the door and then two more off to the right”

Foam guns reinforce closed doors

Which sleepers can break down in large enough numbers

There are also scouts
Gabiluzbad
Which are sleepers that don’t sleep

They just wander around
Gabiluzbad
They can’t see
Gabiluzbad
Instead their heads spit out swarms of feelers in every direction
Gabiluzbad
And if any feeler touches you the scout starts screaming
Gabiluzbad
And you have a fight on your hands

there’s a lot of feelers

One guy on my team was calling them spaghetti monsters

Best bet seems to be either avoid them or, if you have someone with a sniper rifle, they can kill them with one head shot when the feelers are at maximum extension

Anyway hopefully you eventually find HSU_424

When you pick it up alarms go off

So now it’s just a dead sprint back to where you started so the crane can come back down and extract you

While swarms of sleepers close in
