Like Mirage had some more development and was acknowledged as a good leader and admits that she liked Hayate out of admiration and supported him and Freyja and Bogue actually got development and become a more likable character

I'd say the best way to experience Delta would be the movies... The TV series still holds up for the first half, then sort of falls apart in the second half
