and this was not just your run of the mill "we don't feel like training anyone" obliviousness

This was the kind of horrendously unqualified that's contagious

where they're so fucking far out of their depth you start questioning what YOU know

this time of year is always a nightmare and it has only just started

which is not filling me with confidence

like if they're this bad NOW, how much worse are the payer reps going to get before it's over

I called over to get an override and the person said "we don't know how to do that" I just said, "Can I talk to someone else?" and they transferred me to ANOTHER DEPARTMENT. So, I hung up, called back, and got another person who said no they couldn't.

So, I asked for a supervisor. Finally got someone who knew how to do it and it took them thirty minutes to do it.

I was just like "WHY"

And then! on the VERY NEXT CALL, I got a CSR that didn't even know what an account number was. I got to leave after that, but.... I was just so disappointed
