like someone subscribed to a girl's OF is NOT a parasocial relationship, it's a business one. The person pays for the girl's content. That is what the subscriber thing on OF facilitates, nothing more.

Someone giving their favorite streamer a red superchat is NOT a parasocial relationship. It's a donation. A money transfer not binded by contract so that the reciever is bit obliged to do anything for the donor. Is this unhealthy? Maybe. But a parasocial relationship? What???
