benadryl cleared me up and knocked me the fuck out. it occurs to me i don't think i've ever taken it before in my life

also. i haven't had an infection in years and i may have forgotten how much sinus/upper respiratory sucks

like im GLAD its not the big C or flu but oh my god i feel like death and my temperature regulation is so fucked
