之前只有大概接近7小時,但會午睡1.5小時~對於需要大量睡眠的我其實是不太夠,趁這次順便調整zzz

昨天晚睡了半小時,剛剛就低燒去補眠,瞇了半小時醒來就沒事。雖然不喜歡低燒模式,但似乎這是身體的溝通方式提醒我要睡夠。
